The worker came immediately after I called the office to report my sink is blocked. He is very professional and polite. It took him less than 10 minutes to fix my sink. He used an expert vacuum to clear the pipe, so professional! Before he came, we already used Drano pipe liquid, hoping to fix the issue. But it did not work. It's a piece of cake for the worker. We should have reported the problem earlier!

Renaissance has been great . The concierge and leasing team are very helpful and welcoming to a new community. Brandi was such a dear and she has been the absolute best. I have had some horrible move ins because of property management being unresponsive and trying to cut corners, but definitely not this one. I would highly recommend living here.
